90's - The Realization

By the mid 90’s, Dr. Greenblatt and her team had perfected the human and animal applications and were verifying them in pre-clinical and clinical trials. At the same time, the team acquired all of the existing technology and patents for this process, commonly known as polyvalent hyperimmune egg technology.

In 1995, the decision was made to market this technology as a dietary supplement. With this determination, DuPont and ConAgra spun off their venture to create a new, independent biotechnology group called DCV, Inc. DCV’s first mission was to bring this proprietary technology to market, thus the brand we know today as i26® was born.

In 1998, Legacy for Life was created to market and distribute i26® through the direct sales channel. With effective sales and marketing, Legacy attracted thousands of new Customers and Distributors. Today, Legacy for Life holds the exclusive, worldwide rights to market i26®.
